The Plan includes the following devices (collectively, the “Covered Equipment”): (i) Apple Watch, HomePod, iPad (including an Apple Pencil and Apple-branded iPad keyboard purchased for use with your iPad, referred to as “iPad Input Devices”), iPhone, iPod or Apple-branded headphones listed in your offer confirmation (“Covered Device”), (ii) accessories that are in the original packaging of your Covered Device, and (iii) an AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme base station and an AirPort time capsule used with a HomePod or iPad, which is a Covered Device purchased no earlier than two years prior to the HomePod or iPad (“Connection Device”). AppleCare+ is available for AirPods, AirPods Pro, Beats EP, Beats Pro, Beats Solo Pro, Beats Solo3 Wireless, Beats Studio3 Wireless, BeatsX, Powerbeats Pro, Powerbeats3 Wireless, and Powerbeats. AppleCare+ benefits are in addition to the statutory rights granted by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. The purchase of the plan is not necessary to purchase the covered equipment. This Service Agreement governs the hardware service and technical support provided to you by Apple as part of the above plans (each, the “Plan”) for an Apple-branded iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple Watch or Apple Watch Sport and the accessories included in the original packaging (“Covered Device”) listed in your Proof of Coverage document (“Plan Confirmation”). Please note that the benefits of AppleCare+ for Apple Watch and AppleCare+ for Apple Watch Sport for Apple Watch Edition are not available. Apple also provides hardware service and technical support for an AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme base station, as well as an AirPort Time Capsule product (“iPad Connectivity Device”) if the iPad connectivity device is used with an AppleCare+ iPad for iPad iPad that was purchased no earlier than two years prior to the covered iPad.
